The Terms and Conditions of Home Shop Retails shall apply to all users who access the Website and to all Persons to who are receiving services from us. The Home Shop online is a Website where Authorized Users may surf and purchase candles, artworks, Products, furnishings and other Products listed on the Website. To access to the Website and the Services, the subject has to compliance with and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer to avail the services. Once accepted, the terms shall form the settlement between the User and Home shop Retails.

Ordering, Payments, and Shipping

* Place your order by selecting the items you want to shop from the relevant pages. After reading the details, add them to the shopping cart and proceed for the payment. Enter the right shipping address details and payment information for successfully placing an order. * After making the payment and giving relevant details, you will receive a confirmatory e-mail and a text message from Home Shop at your registered phone number and email id. This mail and message have all the details related to the order. Instead, you can also view the order details at My Account> My Orders. * The order gets delivered through our trusted courier partners at your doorstep within the shortest and specified period of time. * The orders can be placed over the phone where the payment shall be made through online modes of transaction or one can choose COD. * For a bulk order for an item, please drop an email at homeshopretails@gmail.com and the concerned team will get back to you at the earliest to ship the items. * There shall be an invoice and price tags intact with all the goods for the prevalent rules and regulations of return and replacement. * The return and refund are applicable to select products only. * One can avail the gift wrapping for a select category of products. Call on 91-7840866469, for Gift wrapping. * Keep the original price tags intact, unwashed and undamaged so that the product can get returned. * Once ordered, you cannot add more items to the same order. However, you can place another order conveniently.

Payments, Cancellations, and Returns

* Home shop Retails accepts payments via Master Card or net banking. We also have the option of “cash on delivery” added with convenience/delivery charge. * COD is not available for all products. For some, we only accept payment through credit /debit card and net banking. * All online transactions are end to end SSL encrypted on Home Shop website for safe transactions. * For COD, select the COD option at the time of purchase. * You will receive a confirmation call from us for the order before the product gets dispatched. * There shall be a convenience charge of Rs 99 on COD orders. This charge is not applicable to pre-paid orders. * The purchase limit for COD is of Rs 20,000. * COD is not available for all delivery address hence chose Credit/debit or Net banking option to make payments. * In case, there has been a deduction after a payment failure, don’t panic, it shall get deposited back by banks within 7 business days. If the money has been credited into our account, we would initiate the refund within 3 working days of your request. * Receipt of the refund would, however, depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. Net Banking: 2-4 business days, Debit Card: 5-7 business days, Credit Card: 7-21 business days. * If there is any deduction of credit card point post a failed payment, it will get initiated within 3 days in the event of an unsuccessful payment attempt.

Return Policy

* If you have got torn, damaged items or dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return or replace your order within 48 hours of purchase. * Refund or replacement is subject to clearance of original price and product tags. The Home Shop inspection team will check the resale ability of the product. Once the product return is filed, our courier partner comes to your doorstep to collect the unused product which is then subjected to inspect at our warehouse. * The replacements and refunds are initiated two days after the inspection. * A refund is initiated when a product is returned in resalable condition with original product tags intact. If the payment was made by credit/debit card or net banking, Home Shop credits or refunds the money to your registered bank account for unsuccessful payment attempt. * In case of a COD payment, a refund is made to the registered bank account or Home Shop credit points are transferred to the account which can be used for further purchases. In case of the transaction through Home Shop credits, only Home Shop credits are transferred in the event of a refund.

Users of the Website shall be subject to all the above-mentioned Privacy Policy and terms and conditions.
